I reciveed this error message when testing cgi scripts I put on my site

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@clubendie.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

can anyone inform me how to load cgi scripts so they work instead of giving me the above error and inform me what I need to do to correct this
