Simple Wysiwyg Editor

Hi!

Can someone pleasse let me know any suitable wysiwyg scripts suitable for including in a PHP for simple content mangement function. I just want to have updatable news page. But news should be feeded in HTML.

So clealry I want to do some wysiwyg work, grab the HTML result. Then it can be stored in db, and later echoed.

I found FCKeditor at www.fckeditor.com . It seems to be greate. But it does only work in my PC, not in web server. FCKeditor has comprehensive set of functions. I like very much to use it, but it doesn;t work, even people at sourceforge forum has no idea what is happening. :confused:

Are there any similar editors.. I dont want all the HTML. Just the basics. Font formatting, images insertion, better if possible handling HTML tables.

there are lots of it in the net . using google you can have them... just search as "simple wysiwyg" in google and try links

i found many in that the convenient one was HtmlTextArea ... or HTMLArea
and lots of it...

I would personally recommend TinyMCE (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/).

It is well updated, with nice graphics and really neat plug-ins!
