I just found a cool site (i got a free XBox!!) which uses a variety of scripts to disable right click and highlighting of text, however it hasn't disabled right click on the flash movie. Does anyone know how/if it is possible to disable right click on a flash movie? Please note that i am a novice with creating Javascript but i know how to implement it in a website, so please keep this in mind when replying.
Oh, almost forgot, click for the site here (http://www.jointhematrix.co.uk) or copy this link into the browser: www.jointhematrix.co.uk

Does it matter if someone can right click over the flash movie?? They can't save it, all they can do is print it or rewind it. Does this matter?? Besides, disabling right clicking doesn't stop someone stealing anything at all. I can send you their source code if you like... Or tell you that their page is in frames...

I am just learning Javascript so i am just finding out things that arn't and are possible. Do you know if there is a way to get images of a site that has disabled right click? I know how to do it when a message box comes up (hold right button, click OK with left button, release right button) but what about when nothing happens when you right click, i.e. no message box comes up. People have been doing it to my sites and i don't know how.
Thanks for your help

Loads of different ways:
1) On the view menu, use source. This takes you to their html code. You scroll down till you find the image you want, then highlight it, paste it onto the end of your url in the main window, and then press enter. Page loads with just the picture on.
2) Screen capture utility. Many graphics packages e.g. Paint Shop Pro have great screen capture facilities for capturing images.
3) Press 'printscreen' on your keyboard. This copies an image of the entire screen to the clip board. Paste it where you want it and then crop it.
I could go on but I'm getting bored... don't forget 'file' 'save as' which downloads all associated pictures into a folder, or your interent cache which has all the sites you've visited images...
Now I've given you all those ideas for stealing...

Yes i am sure that i got an XBox unless i am constantly drunk and keep halucinating in my room. It is a very good scheme, one of my friends is on this scheme and so far he has racked up a GameCube and an XBox and is trying for a PS2 at the moment. I thought it was a scam untill my friend did it and proved that it wasn't.
