Frame-by-frame capture of flash w/o .fla

Does anyone know a good solution on how to capture screenshots of a flash movie frame-by-frame from a live website without accessing .fla file? The method that I am using is rather insufficient and timeworn.

There are a bunch of Swifty Tools (http://www.buraks.com/swifty/). One of them -- it's called "Hercules" -- exports flash movies. Maybe there are others better suiting your needs.
