Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section from what u can see i am a "n00b" lol but im just wondering does anyone have any recommandations for a news poster? (i think thats what they're called)
Im using Windows XP and looking for one that is easy to use

Depends on which technologies is available to you. Probably either ASP or PHP. Use Google.
