Help Required With Live Video Streaming

Hi there...

I wonder if anybody in here would have the knowledge to help me with this.

The task I am trying to complete is as follows:

A user logs on to a website... clicks on an icon to "view my webcam" for example and (as long as I am currently online and broadcasting) is taken to a page where my live video is displayed on one side and a java chat session is displayed on the other side.

I am not anticipating this to be a very large site so I want to try and find a way of doing this without purchasing an expensive video server, as the server load will not be that great.

Is there a way of doing this?

if you are seems like you would want to invest in yourself by getting a server and a professional web developer to give you some exotic code and offer safety measures for your site
ill give you some pseudo code since you dont have a language picked out for your new server

then open webcam in iframe
and open chat on page
