I Have a portal that allows user to upload songs(MP3) and picture images online.
currently ALL processes have the same CPU priority; specifically when multiple users are uplaoding songs to the portal , it really slows down the system when we run big reports, same thing.. system becomes slow ..
need to know about the parameters for SA upload ..or any other way to see which parameters we can use to lower the priority of heavy processes ..so as we get more and more users and we can use the system in optimal mode
