Need help with submit button

I need some basic help. I'd like the submit button to send the form data to an email address. Is this possible & if so can someone help with the code??

I'm sending my form as an internal email on a LAN.(I have no web page to fill in). I get the part where I fill in my email address, but I'm not sure what to do with the stuff that points to a web page.
