Looking for a webdesign job!!!

hi everyone,
I am looking for a part time webdesign job. It would probably only be during the summer (in a couple weeks) and other school breaks... I will except a partner who wants to start a buisiness with me or someone who already has a webdesign buiseniss. I am experienced in html, i can edit and make simple javascripts and php things, and i can make decent image maps, logos etc. with mspaint (yea ...it is sad), I can make flash animations. I do all programming (besides flash) with a simple text editor or a text editor with syntax highlighting. I am also can upload code to servers etc..

Hey, Brkwtxandrew.

If your considering going into business, your technological skill-set is trivial compared to your ability to run a successfu business. Things like finding, securing, and dealing with client's, handling cash and budgeting, planning to deadlining, etc.

It will be hard to find a credible part-time job in Web Development, though, contract-based work is abound. If you can get your hands onto a nice contract you will be set for a few weeks/months. Propose your services to local business' to try and secure a client. I usually write whats called a "Web Site Proposal", which details what you can offer the company and how they will benefit from it. Getting it right is a bit of an art, but the challenge is worthwhile.
