Graphic question

I may be writing this in the wrong section, but I have a question. Is there a way that I could take a picture or a series of pictures of the same person, and when it is on the website a websurfer can click on the image and pan, zoom, and rotate, so that the websurfer can see all angles? If there is a way that this can be written with HTML or Java that would be great. Or if you know of a program that can do this that would be great to know also.
