Want to handle new window location

I want to handle new window location.

I means x, y position.

I always want the new window location near the submit button that calls the new window.

Please answer me.

I means that var ptr = window.open('url', 'name', 'left='+x+',top='+y);

I want to use submit button's right & top value that submit button calls the new window.

How I can get the submit button right and top position.
