Help with visitors signing up

I got all the boxes and things there for like email address and pass and username, but i dont know how to get it so that when people click sign up, it sends them the email.

help would be very appreciated

I'm not quite sure I understand what your trying to do, but from what I can tell I imagine you are trying to have visitors come to your web page and sign up for something. You want an email sent after they fill this out? and sent to who? and what kind of information?

If I am understanding you correctly you need to use some sort of server side script to accomplish this goal. That would be the correct way to do this.
