Website control panel

Hey people.

Does anyone know of a good PHP built control panel? I'm talking like, when you sign up for free webhosting (or even paid hosting), when you log in you see a control panel. Like upload files, dlete files, edit etc. Somethign similar to this:

That one is really advanced. I dont really need somethign dealing with domains and such, but if it does thats fine. The thing is, I'm looking for a free one. Does anyone know of any?

I don't have a website right now. I have some ideas ready but nothing built. I'm not looking to start a buisness, i just want something to organize my own stuff, and also somethign i can create accounts and stuff tyo giev out access to my server for my friends, so they can have some free web space without ads and stuff. any ideas?
