1. If this is a generator, why not make text boxes for users to type link names and descriptions in? Most generators do not require users to edit the code.
2. Make the code a bit cleaner/more correct. One thing I noticed in the quick look that I took is that you genarate <script>. Why not use <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript"> like you should?

Well, let me tell you, about #1... of course, I had the idea of doing what you yourself suggested, but that would limit my generator to, say, 30 options, while this way you can have over 100 and more.
I don't think that for the standard webmaster the code is so difficult to edit, since, nevertheless, the fields to modify are easy to fill in and well specified.
About # 2, yes, maybe that's a good thing.

Would you like to see another effect when you select a link of the select box? For example, to play a sound, to show a message, HTML block, description, etc...?
