FTP Access

I know this probably sounds daft, but I am having trouble with FTP. Do I need to install the protocol before I can use it or does it come standard with Windows XP? I am trying to access a site of which I do have the password for but it does not allow me in. Is there any reason for this? Ican access it from work but not from home.

If you have internet exploer type in the address bar...

ftp.yoursite.com

It is a built in FTP program.....Use copy and paste to get files from your computer to your site.....

If you can't get in through the browser interface, you could download WSFTP Lite from ipswitch.com, it's a free version.
