i am trying to make a simple site for indexing software fom other sites its takeing me forever to do it manually and i was thinking about makeing a form entery thing to go with it.

i have spoken to a freind about this and he said it was done useing php scripting i have no idea about this so if aanyone could tell me what i need to learn or if theres something read made for this it will be most helpfull because at the moment its the only thing holding me up.

err...you shouldn't link to any illegal sites here i believe.
And indeed, your friend was right this page is using php, you might wanna take look at this thread (http://www.webdeveloper.com/forum/showthread.php?t=68996), where you will find quite a few links to start learning php.
