Please don't use tables for layout (http://hotdesign.com/seybold) and start using alt attributes for images (http://www.w3.org/QA/Tips/altAttribute).
Don't bother with splash pages, they were invented for aplications with long loading times so that users have something to look at, they don't serve a purpose on websites.
Frames are largely pointless and I see no reason why you should be using them.
Drop shadows can be overdone, and you have overdone them, a lot.

I todesn't matter about that. The fact is that it looks attractive, especially to a non web programmer. It simple to look at and easy to read. Even though it's not big dynamic website. Sites don't have to be. I'll give it a 7/10.

Sorry but you went against very good points and for this you will die:p
Firstly, a site which isn't valid isn't a site... think about that
It looks attractive -your personal opinion - but there is in appropriate use of frames, the same look or better look can be achieved through other and more accessible, better methods. The internet is a means of communication, not using it for this reason is stoping accessibility in other words by stopping all people from communicating, and if this is what you do not want to do, then why publish it?
to magic_man what happens if some one doens't have flash -ie me who disables it. Put a replace ment image and i do not recommend the use of this splash/welcome page etc. people want content not splash, do you go watch a movie for the title? or do you want to see the movie?
what happens if some one is using a text only broswer, how are they suppose to see the enter button use the alt tag it is mandatory
use css for layout and also instead of frames you will save bandwith be more accessible etc.

I dissagree, the splash page looks o.k. in Internet Explorer although it's tottally broken in Firefox and I still maintain that there is no point in putting the content any further from the visitor than it has to be.
Only letting browsers with 1024px screens get the whole visual experience is like saying that you'll only take buisness from people who own cars even though that's got nothing to do with your company.
As Dera said, a site can be accessable, useable and attractive without to much difficulty and to sacrifice one for an other would just be silly.
what happens if some one is using a text only broswer, how are they suppose to see the enter button use the alt tag it is mandatoryTalking of inaccessability, I'm sure that the WAI guidelines said something about using clear langauge.
What happens if some one is using a text-only broswer; how are they suppose to see the enter button? Use the alt tag, it is mandatory.
I'm still in the prosess of designing this site. That's great, it means you have the opotunity to work on it's accessability and useability. Take in my first post and as you go, it should make more and more sense.
