Hey I know probably to you guys who have been doing this stuff for quite some time this may seem a bit dumb but this question is constantly burning a hole in my mind! I don't quite know how to explain it but I will try my best and give links as examples.
I made a 'frame' <not an html frame; it's made out of images put together> for a gamers group on an online game. <the site is here -- www.freewebs.com/sotdm >. The problem is, that there is a set amount of space I have to work with on the page. The site's pages are all the same size on all of the links unless I wanted to move all the images every time I updated the site. <and thats just NOT an option>
An example of a site that has what I am looking for is at: www.worldofwarcraft.com. If you will notice as you navigate through the site, the page lengths vary with the amount of content put in.
I have no idea how to do this but I can bet it will have something to do with a non-repeating background. I dont know and thats why I need help.
Thank you for taking time out to read this. Any comments or suggestions <help> will be greatly appreciated.

what I would do is make a table with the border in it and then an IFRAME (or inline frame) to the page with the information, therefore you can scroll within the limits of that one page, the height of it being your frame.
Or, you can make the background to be the middle area (all the way from the left to the right, but only one portion) and have the corners of it as actual images in the table, that way the sides would increase with the information inside, but the top and bottom would be the same.
Hope that helps! If you need more help, send me a private message please
