Website Evaluation Please

I have updated my site since the last time it was reviewed so how's it look now?

There really wasn't much of a change except the layout and a few appearance changes.

Feel free to critisize the site, but in helpful ways please. Tell me what I could do to improve it.

*NOTE*
If you are not using MSIE, then it may not look right, or load correctly. I know it doesn't work with Netscape.(not tested the newest version, but I doubt it will work with that either).

i think i've seen that before... did you make that? i guess the script is rather cool, but the page could only serve one purpose, but the site is too blue for me... or whatever color you select as the scheme...

it just looks rather basic... but for its purpose, i guess it's ok... :) gotta make it pretty for the girls!

haha, yes. well, I did make that. All of it except parts of the counting scripts. I got a script and added to it to get miliseconds, and on anohter page, added to it to make it get years.

The tic tac toe game needs an AI so it will be harder to win. Or just not soo easy, I'd say.

The entire website(I guess it's a webpage, but only cus I use a frame to show all my pages) is really only for one purpose. The time. But other than that, it is just extra stuff I add to make it nicer.

Sorry about the colors.... but since there is only one graphic(the banner), then it is just basically changing the background color....
