Banner Question Please Help :-)

Ok well ive been trying to learn how to make a banner for about 4 hours now.. lol and i cant seem to find what i need to know i want to make it so that the banner goes from one image to another.... can someone please help me :D Thank You so Much!

Well the simplest sollution would be an animated .gif with a very slow framerate, something with transistions and suchlike could be done in flash.
What are you using and could you be more specific about what you're trying to gain?

i want that image to start off then it to fade into another image then keep repeating those two images fading into eachother.. i havent sized the other image yet. i hope that makes sense :p

im completly new with this and i dont know what program to use or anything i just want to learn a simple way of doing it.. is there a way to do it with paintshop pro? and if not how do i get flash cuz i dont have that on my computer.. thank you so much for helpin me out :-)

No, paintshop doesn't make animated gifs.
Flash makes them, but it costs $200+
You can get a trial version and use that. It only last 30 days but you only need it for maybe five minutes of work. I'd make the second image then use flash to fade them into each other.

if you have paint shop pro you may have animation shop (mine installed together when i bought the program) and that could easily do what you want

The best way would be Flash like Erik mentioned. If you'd like, just post the images and I'll (or someone else) will do it.
