If you've seen it before, I've made lot's of changes. No more tables, everything validates. Layout has been changed on all but one section. Will get to that one later. Also I know there's a problem with firefox and the title posititioning of pictures. I'm still trying to figure that out. I'd appreciate more advice or if you notice any problems please tell me. Thanks in advance.

Are you looking for advice on design or just making everything technically correct?

graphics: the header gif doesnt look good on black, as it seems to be optimised for a white background, at least a light one.
The background doesnt look goood either
are you sure it validates?
you don't declare what character encoding you want for the page and i couldnt find the closing body tag!
okai this is my opinion frame sites, or fixed layouts do not generally work, i dislike using them, they spoil space and just dedicate everything to a frame on the page...
u have used such strong colours all next to each other
lets cahnge and use a colour scheme
light blue backround
dark blue title with white out line
dark blue for links, black for hover a:hover
dark blue for a:active
no to the gif backround... and make the images load faster..
also why does the layout just go away when you go to http://www.lupusnt.com/travel.html keep it all the same... its better that way

I've used some of your ideas, though I couldn't bring myself to getting rid of the backgrounds. Yes, it tentatively validates as html 4.01. As I mentioned above, one section is not done yet, the travel section. It will be done when I get the layout right. Please, anymore comments would be welcome. Thanks for the help so far. One more thing, how do you make images load faster other than making an actual thumbnail image seperate from the original image?

the smaller they are, the faster they load... besides preloading, but what are you asking for? your gallery? or your logo? if logo, then make it smaller; if gallery, thumbnails are always nice... not everyone wants to see all the pictures, so they click on the thumbnails... page loads faster that way... less bandwidth for you too...
i saw no difference with IE and Firefox? did you fix that?
*dera, you dislike fixed layouts? isn't your fixed? maybe i misunderstood?
