also did you notice that your banner is narrower than the rest of the page

+ the honrizontal rules really dont fit with your design

Your banner is really slow loading, and as previously pointed out, it is not aligned with the rest of the page, being about 15px short on each side. (My screen res. is 1024x768, using IE)

Your topic headings in the content area seem to have a lot of space preceding them.
