converting db from access to sql

I'm converting my asp application from access to sql server. what should i watch out for that wouldn't be compatible? Do i really only have to worry about what is in my SQL statements for the most part? Any good tips out there to watch out for?

i did the conversion already from access to sql and changed my connection string to connect to my sql database and for the most part everything seems to work. i just haven't got the time right now to go and check every single piece of it.

Go ahead and check if there are any issues then ask I don't have any experience of changing DBMS. But I think there shouldn't be any kind of problems.
