Hi Every body. I have Time Keeping datasheet form like the picture below.

I want to create a bounded form for it but i do not know how to create the query for it and
bound each fields to that query.Also since i want to keep the refrential integrity of my db
i want to know what controle types should i use for each field such as text box or combo box,list box ...).
I be happy if some expert teach me how to design and write the query for this form as it is my first attempt
to make bounded form and i do not have much experience with designing bounded forms and tables joins in
access 2000. Furthermore i only want total hours from hours a day part in my bounded form. Thank u and
