I haven't seen your old site, so I can only comment on the current one.
- The text doesn't make much sense.
Do you plan to start a website of your own?
Do you want to build successful business online?
How to choose a good domain name?

There are questions, fragments, and no answers. Much of the rest of the text on the page(s) is the same way. They are a series of random thoughts, not necessarily grammatically correct.
If you want to garner anyone's business, you have to have a clear and organized message. I suggest that you look at the content of your site, rather than the design, and work on that first.

Okay, again I haven't seen the first versions but first of all you should correct the errors in your code! There's no <head> tag and also be sure to add:
"Line 1, column 0: no document type declaration; implying "<!DOCTYPE HTML SYSTEM>"<html><head>
The checked page did not contain a document type ("DOCTYPE") declaration. The Validator has tried to validate with the HTML 4.01 Transitional DTD, but this is quite likely to be incorrect and will generate a large number of incorrect error messages. It is highly recommended that you insert the proper DOCTYPE declaration in your document -- instructions for doing this are given above -- and it is necessary to have this declaration before the page can be declared to be valid."

you know how you hav a title tag, use it correctly. firstly, your title is to long, secondly it is not a title, and thirdly it makes your site look unprofessional use it correctly just put the title of the site it doesn't improve ur rankings at all http://fabio.ugtech.net/webdev/46/using-the-title-tag-correctly
