I am unable to make this script work out, can someone please help me out?

This is all of the information that my friend had given me, I guess I am missing something then? And he calls himself an expert?

Was also wondering, before you post, which type of problems are you having (Error messages, unexpected results, etc..,)?

It is to put the ( ) - in the phone and the - in the zip but its not

It'd be nice to see that dFilter.js file but here's code that'll work. Maybe you could mirror yours off this.
