No Break FRames???

Ok i know of the script to break frames but what about one that could something in its own frame? So lets say you have a page but when you use it, it always pushes away your top frame I dont want that! any suggestions?

Well i wasnt trying to steal thier bandwidth i am trying to add some additional stuff to it. We are an online gaming league and i would like to add some player options to the gameroom is all. No suggestions then???
