how do i make an internet cafe step by step please help

hi there,
there is a lot of things to consider:
1. the place where you will have your net cafe - you have to consider if there is a lot people there that use computers everyday, students as well.
2. the set of the place - it should be presentable, nice surroundings, wide space
3. the computers - you have to set up computers that stand in to the latest technologies.
4. the food and drinks- it should be available for the customers while waiting for their turn to use the computer or after using the computer.
