Prepare .DLL for ASP pages

Can anyone please help me in finding out a solution for
How to prepare .DLL file for Multiple ASp files in one project?

I have a web project prepared in ASP. It has arounf 100 ASP files in it.

I want to prepare a DLL for allthese files to execute this project.
