i'm looking for a freeware alternative to dreamweaver.
I'm especially interested in the feature to manipulate complex table structures graphically.

coffee cup html editor is free and has graphical tables. www.coffeecupsoftware.com its a pretty good editor

Namo WebEditor isn't free, but it's a lot cheaper than Dreamweaver and you can draw tables with it.
