I've been challenged with creating an html email to deploy to our customers. How do I go about doing this? I do have an html editor and have done limited websites for school using this editor (Dreamweaver MX), but I'm not sure how to go about doing this email message or how to deploy using Outlook. I've already developed a distribution list in Outlook and have checked with the IT department and ISP. There would be maybe one image on this mesage and also some links back to the company website or to a particular page on the website. I don't have trouble with adding links, I'm just not familiar with producing html emails. This would be deployed through the company server. Any help would be appreciated. I'm a complete newbie to this, so any help would be great. I know basic html and that is all.

All you have to do to do this is click on tools, options, mail format tab, stationary picker, and then find the saved html file and use that. The problem that I am having is I have created an html email, which is basically just a big table. The top row spans across 3 columns, the next 5 rows have a picture in the first column, and then the 2nd column spans across 2 columns, and 5 rows. When I import it into outlook, and type a message, the box in the table does not word wrap. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do? Thanks, Nathan
