JS Menu How to with other languages?

Help me please.
I must add to web site navigation javascript menu.
I have problems with different chinese and arabic symbols in menu. Anybody do this? I don't know how insert in menu this symbols.

In IE, each version might show it different. But look under "Veiw" and click "Encode" then "More". You have to download a file. That should get you started.
