Hi, Does anyone know of a good live help program that would run on My Webserver that is not hosted? One with no annual fees.

Take a look at RealTimeQuery, it do not needs a server to work and it have not annual fees.

Well, i'm nobody to tell you how to make things and how not to, but i guess i could re-evaluate the thing of looking for a live help freeware.
First of all: I've been searching 4 months, looking for a totally freeware soft. I just wasn't able to find one.
Second: Have you already used a live help soft with an annual fee or stuff? They are all crashy, full of bugs and no-one was there to help me fix them. You can believe me because we tried 2 or 3 'freeware' softs and they all crash the hell down :confused:
Third: Paying a certain ammount it's worthy, if you can handle it.

@ work we use www.touchmind.com software. We are very happy with it, and has a 1 month full option trial, enough time to convince ourselves that pay for this kind of service it's worthy and meaningful, and we at last realize what was the full potential of our web page! :D

I get too excited when i write/talk about it, because i can certainly say that there's an after and a before after you try it.

I hope this will work for you all as it sure did for me ^^
