Forms and e-mail

I know that you can "send" a form to an e-mail address, but the e-mail format is not all that readable. It lists the variables and their value (ex: descr1 = blue marble). Is there any easy way to send a form to an e-mail address in a more readable form...perhaps showing the actual form in the e-mail? Thanks.

The best you can get with only JavaScript you already have.I don't think there is anymore JavaScript can do beyond this poin.
