Searching for a script

I'm looking for a CGI script that would let me upload files to it, display them to visitors of my website, then when someone downloads the file from my website, remove it so it cannot be downloaded/viewed again.

I've been looking all over the Internet for a script like this, trouble is I don't really know what I'm looking for in terms of what it might be called.
