Now, normally I'd be happy to help the poor guy, but the thing is I can't make any sense from it. Anyone else get this or got any ideas?

I saw this same question in the general forum about an hour ago. :p I get weird PM's flat out, too.

"Hey, Wizard. Can you write we a Web Site?"

Regards.

He should ask the company those questions... Actually, the person in charge would have provided the info. Maybe 'power company' means a big one. o.o??? Normally I can read bad english quite well (bad english is everywhere in my country) but I don't have a clue either. Sorry Mr Herer!

I can understand that not everyone will be wonderfully proficient with english, but at some point it's just totally useless. I've run into these types of things as well, nonsensical talk in emails and PM's. I'd much rather people just talk in "baby sentences" than what I sometimes get. For instance, if I try to communicate in french, often times I'll use a bunch of short, simple sentences, because I know I'll end up with horribly confusing ones if I try anything complicated. Some, of course, don't even make an attempt as I've gotten emails where it's all lower case, no punctuation, nonsensical "english".

Now, from what I can decipher, this person was asked to create a website for a company? Perhaps a power company of some sort. But his questions are rather odd.

That's just plain weird. I don't understand what he/she wants.

Exactly! it just landed in my inbox out of the blue. I was struggling to make sense of it up until half way through when those completely contextless questions are fired out!

Oh well, back to being useless......
