All suggestions are welcome!!!

Cursory look at the code looks good - Although I doubt many sight-impared people will be viewing the site, placing the content towards the beginning of the HTML file is a good practice for viewers who might be using a website TTS reader.

Design wise it is clean and consistant, minus 2 quibbles: The main header for the news page doesn't fit - white border with black background just doesn't feel right aesthetically.

The artists page looks good, minus the same header quibble as mentioned. I really like the sparseness of each section - creates an interesting balance.

Rest of the content pages look good.

Anyway, my second quibble is the blue for links. It just doesn't feel right to me. I don't normally like mixing blues with grays, except in special cases - and it depends on the hue and saturation of the blue. I think a deep red would be great for the style of the syte - wine red.

Invertedpanda,

Thanks for the detailed response. I have the same feeling about the link color, but every time I make a change, I can't stand the result. I haven't tried wine red as of yet, but I will. I also agree that the page heading divs are a little bland. I think that your post has convinced me to try a bit harder... thanks.

Hi -
That site is really cool.
The background works well with the logo and the pieces / information are definitely the focal point here, which is perfect. Since the ripples are a bit busy, it's actually a good thing that the category headers are so simple - for readability's sake. [Maybe a white bkgnd., blk. outline and some use of grey: bolder or larger text?]

Was thinking a hover spot of orange would be great for the links...bit of pop, you know. Really liked the vertical layout, which due to it's design strengths only keep it from being too long. Only prob. I had was having to scroll 30 miles to end up w/ only a link to F-fox - not good for folks who ignore the home key...

Nice work,
El

El,
Thanks for all the compliments. I'm glad that you liked the site.

Are you suggesting that I should put site navigation down here?
I think that would be a good idea.
Thanks,
-Mike

Hi -
Yeah, or just an anchor link back to the top of the page.

i would get rid of that blue new link change colour... blue is horribily rendered and unreadable
