Yeah, I get it occasionally. I think it's a Firefox bug.

it's not just firefox: it happens in opera also. i believe it was concluded that the text was the fault of an advertiser's...

By the looks of it, it's an advert built by a "professional" web designer (or moron as I usually call them) at the advertising company that this place gets the ads from. Web dev.com can't do anything about it though, it's the goomer at the ad companys fault.
