Hey,

So I installed the WebTV emulator and pulled up my website. It looks pretty bad. I thought that when I designed a style sheet for handheld devices, that it would look good in webtv too.

Is there another media type or another way to design for webtv?

Thanks

PS I know only 1% of users use webtv but still there are some out there.

The W3C answers that question (and it's no): CSS Media Types (http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/media.html#media-types). Don't bother with WebTV. It's Microsoft. It doesn't even use Internet Explorer (and if it does it's a crappy stripped-down version). Most Web sites don't render properly in that browser.

Only thing I guess you could do is do some sort of "browser check" -- if it pulls up Web TV, why not just give them a basic page w/o a style sheet attached to it. Not very pretty, but it will give them all the information anyways.
