Kill the animations. Pick one background color and stick with it for the whole site. Restyle your menu. Put actual content on the front page so the user knows what your site is really about. Your code has tags with no content inside of them, and you have way too many non-breaking spaces(I kind of assume FrontPage put them there). Quit using Front Page. Please change the content of your <title> tag to something a little more realistic like your site name.

I think it is pretty obvious what the site is about, due to its name and the Homepage has a cricket ball animation suggesting it is about cricket and the F1 cars suggest it is about f1. as for the animation i was told on forums i need some animation.

i don't like the colour of the link boxes compared to the background and the link text compared to the boxes. what about a lighter blue background with the same dark blue link boxes and link text the same colour as the background?

the links could be bigger

The cricket ball should be smaller and not at the top of the page.

A large header would work better, such as a nice name for the site.

Hi -
I'd suggest you pay attention to Spufi!

This is really badly coded, and NO, the content is not easy to recognize at all:
- No !DOCTYPE, no <head> section, title, or anything.
- Where's the header that tells us where we are & why?
- How is the information broken-down into sections that are easily identifiable?
- [The links are impossible to read unless hovered over.]
- etc., etc.

Take the time to look at sites related to similar subjects and write down what features, 'look' and menu/navigations set-ups you like. Look at their source code, too. Get some info. on .html coding...

...and enjoy yourself during the learning ;-)

A picture maybe worth a thousand words, but two images doesn't mean you have content. You are basically saying anybody should be able to go to a site that has only an image and instantly know what they site is about. Um, no. Even if I figure out what the two topics are for your site, you don't really do much of anything to tell me about the actual site versus any other site out there, or give me enough so I would come back. Even if I was a huge fan of cricket ball and F1 cars, I wouldn't stick around your site for more than two seconds. No amount of animations will ever beat out quality content(unless of course the site is about animations.)

What's the "K" image for? The color scheme and menu still need work. The "Hot topics this week:" text is way over to the right and it looks out of place.

the K is my logo

(chuckles) Even McDonalds spells out their name and their logo is one of the most widely known in the world.

it doesn't describe anything, what's the K stand for anyway?

eg. if the name was Koolio you could have

Koolio
......Formula 1 and Cricket Info.
