Google toolbar questions

Hi everybody! I just had a few questions about the google toolbar.
I'm thinking about installing it on our new family computer (Non existant yet, and HP) Thanks in advance!

=I've used the toolbar before on computers at school, and they all have an icon on the desktop for it. Can it be set otherwise?

=Will it work in Firefox?

=What are some of it's features other than the popup blocker?

=Is it easily uninstalled by someone with very limited Windows understanding?

Yes, it's called deleting or moving the icon on the desktop.Nah, when I used it @ school, the icon could not be removed (It was not a shortcut). Perhaps Google came out with a new version of the toolbar that allows it.

It could of course be that the system Administrator imposed a restriction that users can't move icons around. If you're talking about your home PC, then if anything puts an icon anywhere, it can be moved or deleted.
