pirated software

I'm curious to get you opinion on pirated software. I'm thinking of these two situations:

1. Download the pirated software (or patch software) from the pirate's site
2. Download a registration key or a .nfo file

How would you asses the risk of doing that? Not just the risk of getting your computer infected, but also being caught and prosecuted. I would say the risk is:

1. Low
2. None
