Submitting to foreign search engines and directories

I have a problem where i want to submit my site to foreign search engines and directories as my site can sell to over 50 countries and in many languages, but how do i go about this with the language barrier, i only know english unfortunately, is my only way to do this by using an online translator, that i imagine would take ages. I really want to push my site out there to the foreign search engines and directories, any suggestions please?
