virus help!!

my friend has a virus we think and in anything you can type into if your nto quick the virus will type

we carnt get rid of it with avg or caspersky i got rid of it once for about 2 hours then it come back and wont go this time.

how do i get rid of it?

also she has a mcafee firewall and yet everytime she scans her computer she has 3 trojans all on the same file time after time!!
