upload files to a ftp server

i want to upload some files to a free ftp server . is there any site ? i surfed google but nothing found.

never found any, you can upload files to a free site with Geocities (http://www.geocities.com) or other companies, but mind the ads if its an html page.

Actualy you can pretty much forget about ftp with Geocities unless you are a paying customer...I tried and it refused..again...again..and again.
I tried WS FTP PRO, CUTE FTP and a couple of freewares ..no hope there.
