I'm not really sure where this goes, but does anybody know if they have the style sheets here to make xanga layouts and such? It would be HIGHLY appreciated!

I don't know about a Xanga premium site, but I know you can't upload a CSS file for the basic Xanga account. You are pretty much limited to changing things around via your control panel.
