I was thinking about having a glossary page on my site. How would I get it listed on google, when someone does a define:xxx search?

Maybe just submit your link for looking at and it may automatically put it in if it finds it relavent. I know you cant pay google to add it.

Do you mean the robots follow, index etc meta tag?
