win server 2003 - parse html as shtml for server side includes

hi, my host uses win server 2003 and i need to use the Helm control panel for changes to MIME types.

I want to parse my html files as shtml for server side includes.

I have two boxes to fill in for a custom MIME type:

Extension:
Content-Type:

I guess the extension needs to be .html
but when i googled this the only results I could find were for servers such as Apache.

Does anybody know the answer?
