Hi you all!

Can someone please send me the link or show me how to make a moving or scrolling banner? Just with text in it thats all and maybe blue in color.

I believe Microsoft has a free GIF animation program that will create an "animated" gif files. (obviously) Type gif animator into GOOGLE and see what pops up.
