the fonts turned bigger (internet exporer)

hey guys,, i am having a problem regarding the fonts on the internet explorer... hmmm,, the fonts get larger and i think, still keeps on larging...

i know i didn't changed any configuration in my computer... i just open a yahoo.com sirte one day and the font already resized...

i dunno..i can't explain that thing e... but i have captured some preview...
for example on this website, www.webdeveloper.com/forum
look at the footer of this page,,, the Jupiterweb Networks, right?

There is also a spyware app. that turns ur text size big/small
